    For one of our clients, a leading worldwide express deliveries, warehousing solutions and logistic services company, we are currently looking for a Receptionist.

    Excellent communication skills
    Very good level of English and Romanian
    Professional attitude
    Ability to work under pressure and at several different tasks simultaneously
    Minimum 2 year of experience in similar positions is an advantage but not a must
    Good PC skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)


    Scheduling and organizing meetings;
    Tracking of deadlines and mailed items (Managing the mailbox);
    Sending reminders and standard communications;
    Follow-up on to-dos & action items;
    Ensure supply of materials for facility operation;
    Verifies and translates materials from and into English.
