- Hands-on development and delivery experience with Java enterprise related technologies (at least Spring and/or Java EE technology stacks)

- Good command of the Java language

- Problem solving and analytical skills

- Great OOP skills, including design patterns knowledge and enterprise integration

- Experience working with CI/CD, TDD, Infrastructure as Code concepts

- Great coding and code review skills. Can debate about topics such as: DDD, Clean
Code, Refactoring

- Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics degree or equivalent experience in writing enterprise software products

Would be an advantage:

- Experience and ability to jump right-in projects based on Akka, Websockets, Cloud

- Computing- GCE/AWS, Spring Reactive stack

- Successful experience in leading a team of developers and delivery of a projects/product from initial conception to production

- A keen eye for latest technology trends and ability to create small PoC(s) using them

- Good client interaction skills and experience with software consultancy
