    - 5+ years’ experience within the IT industry, on a similar role

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    - Strong presentation and persuasive skills at all levels of the organization

    - Result oriented thinking and the ability to understand our customers’ needs

    - Ability to handle several projects and attention to details

    - Previous experience of negotiation and creating connections

    - Entrepreneurial thinking

    - Previous experience in working with Jira, Excel / Google Sheets - medium level

    - Build and manage strong client relationships

    - Understand customers’ “health”, their needs for ensuring good comprehension and meeting their requirements at a project team level

    - Identify up selling opportunities and bring recommendations for client’s future development

    - A collaborative approach with relevant stakeholders (Sales, Delivery, Finance) in order to clarify aspects regarding customers’ needs

    - Focus on building and maintaining a liaison with the client' technical representatives

    - Understand the process of development and have a proactive problem solving attitude

    - Make accurate forecasts in order to increase internal awareness regarding the need to allocate the necessary resources, competences, on the short-long term to solve the customers’ requirements
