COUPA COE Assistant Manager

1. Good knowledge of PtP processes (Invoice Processing, Issue resolution, Payments)
2. Very good Understanding the AP systems SAP, Webi, Eflow, (COUPA will be a plus)
3. MS Office, MS PowerPoint – advanced level of knowledge and usage
4. Ability to support and drive business development initiatives
5. Efficient & Effective decision making
6. Ability to work independently
7. Fluency in English and very good communication skills
8. Very good filter for the information and issues to be escalated up and down

1. Ensure and manage all manual cross-system reconciliations at regional/DRBU/CoCode level from SAP and COUPA interfaces (PO, GR and Invoice level). Item investigation & incidents raised with TCS, COUPA Support team
2. Drive an efficient escalation process to support the timely resolution for incidents raised
3. Manage and deliver all corrections of issues at PO, GR, Invoice level from COUPA and SAP interfaces
4. Review monthly reporting of COUPA KPI’s, making sure that any anomalies have been addressed and ensure the best-in-class KPI delivery is enabled via COUPA
5. Support in an active manner the Global Process Standardization (GPS), ensuring that all AP function are aligned to the standards, best practices for COUPA usage
6. Support the LM in representing the Global COUPA COE in relevant forums (Focus Group, DRG)
7. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with key contacts in end markets, PACE team, TCS and other technical providers as key stakeholder
8. Work with direct reports, PACE and global AP teams, to improve the overall efficiency of COUPA processes and/or improve to control environment and interface integration
