    Cerinte

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, industrial management, or related technical discipline;
    • 3 – 5 years manufacturing experience with at least 1 year TPM experience or World-Class principles and practices.

    KEY COMPETENCIES:

    • Multi Green Belt, subject matter expertise in the various principles and practices of WCM:
    - focused improvement/practical problem solving;
    - TPM (Autonomous Maintenance, Professional Maintenance, Early Equipment Management);
    - quality and process control;
    - other continuous improvement principles (e.g. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.).
    • The job highly demands:
    - strong facilitation skills and overall ability to share and inspire others and drive a continuous improvement culture;
    - strong teamwork and experience with people management and leadership;
    - experience coaching and delivering training at all levels of an organization;
    - project management skills.
    • good understanding of operations strategy and organization of operations or plant organization;
    • demonstrated success in organizing & executing complex projects;
    • experience in process engineering or technical project development, material flows, finished goods delivery, plant design, and safe work practices.

    Responsabilitati

    Essential duties:

    • develop a WCM Master plan according to sites' manufacturing strategy to ensure appropriate progress is being made against KPI’s and Site and Pillar Route Maps;
    • train, coach & direct Performance Site Team, Black Belts and Green Belts, project teams in various WCM topics & methodologies;
    • develop policies, procedures and best practices to enhance the WCM program.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • align World Class Manufacturing initiative and project objectives to business strategy, and prioritize Continuous Improvement initiatives and activities per plant strategy;
    • act as change agent to implement the WCM methodology throughout the organization;
    • assist plants in the identification and prioritization of cost deployment projects, to assure each plant has a healthy project pipeline & aligned cost reduction program;
    • partner with WCM leaders at the sites to develop, install and monitor a business process management system, including measurement tracking, reporting of implementation progress;
    • offer technical expertise and guidance in project review, leadership and coordination to major improvement projects;
    • develop and/or customize training materials for classroom & factory floor settings;
    • collaborate effectively with company Central Teams, other WCM / Performance Improvement leaders, external consultants, and training organizations;
    • regularly communicate progress of plant goals to all department employees and adjust team expectations to meet plant performance needs;
    • ensure open communication throughout all levels of the organization.
