    Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical domain;
    Good understanding of supply chain processes;
    Good skills of organization, planning and attention to detail;
    Previous experience in a similar role can be an advantage;
    Basic technical knowledge in the area of adhesives or packaging production;
    English: upper-intermediate.


    For our client, Romanian company specialized in providing integrated solutions for the production of packaging and for bookbinding in the printing industry (industrial adhesives, guillotines, soldering solutions) we are hiring an Administrative Assistant.


    Analyzing and managing stocks of materials needed;
    Placing orders to replenish stocks as needed;
    Coordinating and managing the import process with materials from suppliers;
    Maintaining contact with existing suppliers, placing and tracking orders from them;
    Maintaining a close connection with the distribution companies and following the transports of materials;
    Confirmation of orders from customers;
    Invoicing products and services to customers.
