    For our customer, a global retail chain of stores and webshops, we are looking for an IT Support Technician.

    In this role, you will get to support stores and administrative functions in application and procedure-related questions.

    What you will need:
    Logical thinker
    Good analytical and problem-solving skills
    Up-to-date technical knowledge
    Depth understanding of the software and equipment
    Able to travel 1 week for about 8 times/year
    Clean driving license (B category)
    English – medium


    As an IT Support Technician your key responsibilities will include:

    Supporting stores and administrative functions in application and procedure-related questions:

    Screening, prioritizing, and solving incoming tasks and phone calls
    Duty phone outside of office hours, but within the opening hours of the stores to ensure that the stores can get help in business-critical events
    Creation and maintenance of store system users
    (Re-)installation of POS and PCs
    Error reporting to local service suppliers
    Ordering of store hardware;
    Support of the administrative users in the country
    Creation and maintenance of administrative users

    Ensure that the necessary phone and line connections are ready in time in connection with new openings, movements, and rearrangements:
    Make orderings etc. for new openings and movement of stores
    Coordinate the setup of store system hardware (printers, POS, etc.) and the mounting in the store
    For new openings, movement, and rearrangement of stores

    Through updated e-learning, manuals, tips tricks, and suitcases ensure that all employee groups have the necessary knowledge about rules, routines, and procedures:
    Communication of general information to the shops and administrative functions
    Create and maintain E-learning for store systems like POS, Back Office, Time plan and SAP HR, etc
