Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent;
English level advanced;
Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: network roll out, NOC, Field maintenance, eTom, ITIL, OSS, IT, network performance management;
Have strong initiative and teamwork spirit. Be diligent and dedicated to your position;
Have a strong customer service awareness and be able to understand customer requirements.
The service account has to respond to all Service orders;
Finalizes market analysis and customer insight, at the beginning of each year;
Manages the Service opportunities for account;
Responses for RFX released by Operators: finalizes SOC answer related with Service solution;
Participates in senior customers’ meetings/ presentations, Due Diligence exercise, contract negotiation and risks review.
