Project Manager

We are looking for talented fresh graduates from the following fields of study: Casting Technology, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering. We offer a wide variety of new challenges, both in local teams as well as in international projects.

Technical Engineering Bachelor degree.
Postgraduate management courses.
Project Management trainings.
Average knowledge of technical drawing and dimensional control.
General knowledge of the HPDC production processes.
Minimum 3 years experience in working on projects.
Good knowledge of Industrial and Product Design.
2D/3D Design Skills (preferably from mold making background – in HPDC or in injection molding.
Good English communication skills.

Effective coordination of all project activities in order to achieve the agreed objectives at the highest quality standards.
Ensuring communication with project partners and obey contractual duties arising from partnership agreements.
Prepare and organize activity plans within the project and ensure the necessary resources to achieve the projects objectives.
Management of the project budget in accordance with the applicable internal procedures.
Coordinate project activities by directly supervising technical teams, consultants and other collaborators involved.
Prepares the projects’ budget and cash-flow for the final form of the contract according to the submitted proposal, beneficiary’s comments and with the activities planned to be carried out within the project.
Ensures the flow of information within the project and also with other departments of the organization and regularly organizes meeting with the project team.
