1. Anamaria Dragomir - Head of Mutualized IT Support @ Societe Generale Global Solution Centre

Anamaria has been with Societe Generale Global Solution Centre since 2014. Before starting her Societe Generale journey, Anamaria had worked for 5 years on HR transformation projects at global level in various service companies. She came with the HR background, but gained the IT related experience when joined Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, the hard and agile way – doing it as an IT team leader at first, then as a manager of several teams such as reporting, tools deployment, technical support and development.

She is currently Head of IT Support – the manager of 80 amazing IT support analysts based in Bucharest, Bangalore and Chennai, handling support activities for Societe Generale Group tools.

2. Diana Leoca - IT Team Leader @ Societe Generale Global Solution Centre

Diana is working within Societe Generale Global Solution Centre since 2015 on regulatory reporting IT solutions for Societe Generale Group, with a previous 9 years’ experience in banking and a master’s degree in Finance from The Bucharest University of Economic Studies.

Her mission at Societe Generale included extension of IT services by taking also full ownership of activities in Bucharest jointly with a continuously improvement and adaptation of IT tools and processes to regulatory requirements and partner’s needs, centered on human capabilities and values. She is currently managing IT support, development, and project management teams – around 60 talented professionals.

3. Anca Pochiscan - IT Team Leader @ Societe Generale Global Solution Centre

Anca is a passionate IT professional with almost a decade of experience in IT, working on ETL projects – of which 6 years working on a banking regulatory project. She holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Politehnica University of Bucharest. At Societe Generale Global Solution Centre she leads a technical team of experts on a regulatory project, being with the company for more than 2 years.
