    • Working background in corporate projects as project assistant or team assistant
    • University degree Education in Finance/Economics or Engineering
    • Self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
    • Detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy
    • Highly motivated individual who can work both autonomously and as part of a team
    • Highly organized
    • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Good communication and English skills, German would be a plus


    • Set up and shift project budgets
    • Purchase order management
    • Project status review
    • Ad-hoc report preparation (e.g. project evolution , budget status etc.)
    • Updating the quotation overview
    • Update financial month-end closing statistics
    • Project related PowerPoint database maintenance
    • Assisting the project team with travel planning & travel expense accounting for designated
    stakeholders within the main department Travel expense accounting
    • Appointment invitation in Outlook
    • Participation to meetings and consolidation and sharing of meeting minutes
    • Standardization : department presentation , departmental drives , storage locations
