SOFTWARE PROJECT MANAGER FOR ENERGY MANAGEMENT BMS

You will be part of Energy Management Product Group, within HELLA Romania Design and Development Center from Timisoara
Core team member, responsible for complete project SW development activities, from Quotation up to SOP
Lead internal technical SW related discussions, but also directly with our customers
Involved in resource planning, monitor, prioritize tasks and control their progress(reports and metrics of software project KPIs)
Working together with the System Engineer and Software Architect on technical aspects
Close collaboration with SW and System Test Managers for defining the test strategies for each SW Release

Graduate of technical area studies
Relevant experience in software development, design or architecture in embedded C for automotive
Experience with AUTOSAR environment would be a plus
Clearly understand and communicate the priority of tasks/define the critical path, taking into account both urgency and impact
Strong negotiation skills, being able to find the right compromise for all stakeholders
Capacity to estimate/review estimations
Customer and quality oriented
Organized, structured, and creative
Good communication skills, ability to present and explain to others
Previous management experience is an advantage (complete projects or sub-project topics)
Good English skills / German is an advantage
