To cover the entire applications catalogues from monitor the processes,run flows,perform and run different tasks on production enviroments acording with operational plan for each applications to deploy and install new functionalities/hotfixes/ on production and test enviroments.
Responsible for running/monitor the progress of the workflows on production enviroments.
Troubleshooting and apply maintenance/housekeeping for each applications acording with maintenance windows.
Operational Task Activities(Running scripts/dedicated tasks from GUI and Interfaces).
Monitoring jobs/task on server/db/application.
