Junior Accountant Targoviste

1- 3 years experience in similar role;
Economic studies - a plus;
English proficiency;

Look after a portfolio of clients, ensuring all
transaction processing requirements & payment deadlines are met.
Liaising with cliental contacts ensuring all data is received within the specified time frame
Processing expenses & purchase invoices,ensuring all documents processed meet VAT requirements
Petty cash & bank account reconciliations
Supplier statement reconciliations
Cash flow management
Preparation of payment runs for review
Execution of accounts payable & statutory
liability bank payments
Preparation of monthly journals ready for
review; salary, prepayment, accruals reversal,
depreciation
Processing of monthly journals onto the accounting system
Liaising with clients & suppliers, answering routine queries
Assisting the Accounts Assistant or Management Accountant in charge as and when required
Assisting other FAs as and when required
