    This job is for you if you have:

    Experience in customer support or BPO environment
    Experience in front office communication channels (calls and chats)
    Native level/fluency in English or at least C1 both verbal and written.
    Positive attitude & excited to discover new CX approaches;
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    Excellent customer focus (both verbal and written).
    Great team spirit but thе ability to also be independent, like every superhero should.
    Problem solving oriented, desire to investigative and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail.

    Solving client's requests via phone/chat in a very friendly way
    Providing solutions regarding warranty, after-sales, order and delivery issues
    Helping the customers with a minor troubleshoot or dispatching a maintenance team for various issues
    Ensuring all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch
    Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customers queries are answered making them promoters of the brand
    Building a special connection with customers and providing exceptional service

    PLEASE NOTE : The first 5 weeks of activity are at the office, afterwards work from home in Romania
