2+ years of experience in a similar role;
Advanced knowledge with operating systems (Linux);
Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP protocols);
Scripting experience in Bash, Python, or Perl;
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues;
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal;
Strong English skills.
For one of our clients, an international company offering software solutions for the Telecom industry, we are looking for a Linux Support Engineer to join the team in Bucharest.
Identify, research, and resolve technical problems;
Troubleshoot issues for customers;
Install, configure, administer, and monitor systems;
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams;
Ensure all issues are properly logged.
