    • Oversees the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering a great experience to both candidates and partners. This includes sourcing, screening and assessing candidates;
    • Works directly with our technical experts and stakeholders to bring the best candidates to the pipelines;
    • Sources potential candidates by using a variety of search methods in order to build a robust candidate pipeline;
    • Delivers comprehensive support and consultation to business hiring groups in full life cycle recruitment process;
    • Develops and maintains a pool of qualified applicants using techniques including the of internet platforms (job boards, social media, etc.),professional associations, external search agencies, direct sourcing, networking, community relations efforts, employee referrals and company websites;
    • Tracks sourcing data, producing regular and ad-hoc reports. Uses data to influence. Prepares and carefully reviews figures, computations, reports to identify any trends and proposes solutions
    • Writes and posts technical job descriptions;
    • Highly organized, manages stress and is able to handle tight deadlines;
    • A natural, persuasive and engaging communicator with internal and external organizational members;
    • Demonstrated attention to detail and research, analytical, and troubleshooting skills;
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in elaboration of statistical analyses and reporting.

    Your Background:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources is preferred.
    • Experience: 1+ years of recruiting IT experience, in an agency or corporate environment.
    • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, social media recruiting)
    • Proven track record in recruiting to meet urgent business needs. Ability to change priorities quickly.
    • Excellent communication in English.
    • Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong stakeholder management.


    • Collaborate with the manager and the HRBP to better understand the recruitment needs and maintain the relation with them through the entire process;
    • Communicate effectively with all the parts implicated in the recruitment process: HRBP, manager, candidate, recruitment manager;
    • Post the ads on internal and external sites;
    • Source the suitable candidates using different tools and recruitment channels;
    • Evaluate the candidates from the motivational and behavioral point of view;
    • Offer feedback to candidates at the end of the recruitment process;
    • Permanent update of the recruitment data base and make weekly reports regarding his/her activity;
    • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction;
    • Perform periodically, or upon request, reports / analyses regarding the activity of the department, within the established terms;
    • Prepare graphics and tables for presentations or inclusion in reports, analyze the evolution of the results of performance indicators;
    • Collaborate with the other departments within the division in order to improve the activity;
    • Identify opportunities for improving departmental activities;
    • Monitor in real time the activity using Agile Methodologies
