Requirements:

 Experience and understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle and processes
 Experience testing web and mobile applications
 Experience testing APIs / web services
 Experience with bug reporting tools (JIRA)
 Experience in creating Test Plans and Test Cases
 Basic SQL skills
 Ability to learn and understand complex Business Processes and Business Rules quickly
 Problem solving and issue resolution skills
 Communicate with 3rd parties as needed
 Dynamic, Result oriented
 Sense of urgency as well as the ability to multi-task

Desirable skills :

 Knowledge of test automation techniques
 ISTQB Certification
 Experience in Agile environment

Responsibilities:
 Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and
meaningful feedback
 Understand the proposed / implemented solution for business requirements, obtain
clarifications where needed, acquire a complete and detailed understanding of the business/
functional logic
 Write, update and execute test cases in accordance with the business requirement
 Reports issues in a clear, concise manner, escalate bugs to development teams and document
them in issue tracking systems
 Follow-up issues, confirm fixing and close
 Perform regression testing
 Track quality assurance metrics
 Estimate, prioritize, plan testing activities
