Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs, both business and technical
• Maximize the account potential by providing specialist advice
• Have regular client meetings in order to build strong commercial relationships.
• Manage each assigned client through regular contact by telephone, email, face to face partner review /re-sign meetings.
• Become the single point of contact for escalation for all clients in your portfolio regarding support, implementation, billing, sales issues
• Be responsible for the client projects by overseeing project steps and deadlines
• Work closely with all customer-facing departments in the company to ensure that each customer receives the highest standards of service

Qualifications

• Previous account management experience, preferable in an IT/software company
• Proactive, organized and detail oriented
• Fast learner and curious to understand the full picture
• Problem solver
• Great communication skills
• English speaker
• French speaker, nice to have
