    The Customer Success Program Administrator will play a big role in the Global Customer Success organization. He/she will organize corporate events and coordinate customer training sessions according to the standards and guideline of the Lighthouse program. Will report directly to the Customer Success Director.

    Responsabilities:



    * Event planning and execution

    * Research event types and vendors
    * Customer invites, reminders and follow up
    * Coordinating with internal teams

    * Coordinating customer training

    * Working with vendors on dates and customer coordination
    * Working thru the procurement process
    * Customer invites, reminders and follow up

    * Ordering and maintaining inventory of customer merchandise
    * Reporting and analysis on all aspects of the Lighthouse program
    * Creating and maintaining presentations, salesforce reports and dashboards
    * Self-motivated independent worker, able to think outside the box

    Qualifications:



    * Proficient in SFDC
    * Proficient in MS office suite
    * Analytical thinker
    * Self starter
    * Attention to detail
    * Good verbal and written skills
