Service and Aftersales Manager

For our client, an important provider of equipment and services on the market of spare parts for road transport of goods with controlled temperature, we are looking for a Service and Aftersales Manager for it's team in Chitila.

Requirements:

-Experience in working in automotive business (vehicle workshop, car dealers, car fleets)
-Technical background
-People Management skills
-Customer oriented
-Good communication and negotiation skills
-English knowledge

-Manages overall operations regarding the service and aftersales activity
-Manages the relation with clients, key accounts, and partners services network
​-Contacts clients and convince them to bring fleet for repairs and revision
-Identifies the KPI and set them as annual targets to be achieved
-Increases quarterly sales of both labour and spare parts in parallel with the increase of the rotation speed of the stock vs. keeping safe stock at minimum level possible whilst controlling the expenses
-Coordinates the service team (technicians, Workshop Leader, reception)
