What we search in you:

Have a keen interest in IT and looking to build his/her career;
Have basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft and networks;
Have attention to details and good communication skills;
Have a good command of English;
Office suite, especially Excel;
Computer Science, Automatics or Informatics;
Very good communication skills;
Problem - solver.

What you will do:

Studies the internal procedures
Based on the methodologies / procedures studied, participates in the delivery of technical assistance for endusers;
Participates with colleagues in diagnosing and replacing defective hardware;
Participates with colleagues in diagnosing and fixing minimal software problems;
Based on the methodologies / procedures studied, participates in the assembly of new hardware systems;
Assist the mentor and the colleagues in troubleshooting and managing assets;
Follows the methods of the mentor and colleagues for incident management
