IT Recruiter

• A communicative, proactive person, who wants to be involved in developing and building teams, to engage in new and interesting projects, to headhunt
• Previous experience in IT recruitment projects (>1 year)
• Established network of contacts from software industry
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
• Student or Graduate in Psychology, Human Resources or something similar is a plus

• Search and attract the right candidates according to the requirements to join our team using recruitment platforms and others
• You will be involved in full cycle of IT Recruitment
• Update and maintain our ATS in shape
• Maintain a good communication with applicants, scheduling and facilitating candidate interviews and so on
• Grow your LinkedIn network
