Junior Transfer Pricing Specialist

Adecco Romania are looking for a Junior Transfer Pricing Specialist who wants to join our client team, in Bucharest.

The major functions will be to:
 

• Assist in preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation reports, advice memoranda and various other Transfer Pricing reportings (APA, DAC6, CbCR); 
• Perform benchmarking analyses for the purpose of determining the market value of related party transactions (including conducting database searches and analyzing financial data) and provide advice regarding various transfer pricing aspects;
• Prepare presentations, correspondence, various other deliverables/working papers and other documents in conjunction with serving the client; 
• Perform TP Catalyst research on various companies and industry sectors; 
• Respect the deadlines where work is falling behind schedule; 
• Identify solutions to problems, opportunities or issues raised; 
• Maintain excellent working relationships with the team; 
• Provide and interpret correctly various financial information; 
• Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation; 
• Perform other projects as assigned from time to time by manager. 

• Education: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting, Finance or Law;
• Prior experience: 1-2+ years on Transfer Pricing – a good understanding of the local Transfer Pricing legislation is required;
• Computer proficiency: advanced level on the use of Microsoft Office programs;
• Foreign language requirements: advanced English communication skills;
• Other general requirements: ability to manage deadlines and good communication across all levels of business.
