We verify and review the accuracy of online and offline orders and determine the appropriate method of order processing to support the needs of the business.

You will be:
- Overseeing the Order Management workflow to ensure the highest quality and productivity in the processing of orders
- Collaborating on complex customers issues with other departments
- Ensuring that processes are compliant with the internal financial rules
- Developing an action plan for non-complete orders
- Providing support to various Dell Technologies departments
