Essential Requirements

Fluency in German, English language both written & verbal
Good analytical skills combined with good communication
Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring the ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects
Willing to interact with customers over incoming/out going calls and emails

Desirable Requirements

Experience of working in Fraud Prevention
Ability to communicate to all levels within an organization
Portuguese language would be a plus

What you’ll achieve

As a Fraud & Risk Management Analyst, you will be responsible for Verifying Customer transactions through investigations on details provided at the time of purchase and hence avoid any loss in revenue to Dell.
