     Minimum 3 years of experience years in HR: training &development, organizational development
    or similar roles, used to project implementation
     Experience in implementing end to end HR projects
     Experience in multinational company

    Functional Skills:
     Project Management skills
     Autonomy in execution
     Strong written & verbal communication
     Advanced English, French is a plus

    Soft Skills:
     Creative, innovative, used to work with tight deadlines
     Friendly and with a positive attitude
     Committed to individual objectives
     Fast learner and adaptable

    IT Skills:
     Master in Power Point Presentations
     Advanced Excel skills


     Define project plan in alignment with the local HR Manager guidelines
     Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
     Plan, document and execute according to plan / implement the project
     Create presentations for project ideas and demonstrate efficiency
     HR project management initiatives
     Ensure weekly follow-up reports and monitoring
