Analytics & Reporting Expert for Linde Global Division

Linde Global Services Romania is a service hub, processing and supporting a variety of intra-company functions and services in the area of Order-to-Cash (such as order processing, customer master data, credit management, query management & customer support, invoice processing, customer & data management) for Linde Germany and Linde Switzerland. In addition, global business streams of Linde plc as Business Reporting & Analytics, Continuous Improvement & Automation, are being actively supported by our professionals.

— Strong communication skills in English;
— Preferably good knowledge in financial and sales related business processes;
— Project management skills (scrum, agile methods preferred)
— Expert in data modelling and data management
— Very good programming skills in SQL and R
— Very good data visualization skills (ideally in Tableau)
— Very good understanding of data and system architectures
— Experience in the fields of reporting, business intelligence and analytics
— Strong interests in working with data and creating added value by applying analytics to Linde core business data

— Generate value from data by supporting and implementing use cases in the area of analytics across all value streams/ functions
— Act at the interface Business and IT - define and discuss content related requirements with business and transform into IT / implement requirements using state-of the art technology
— Execution/ management of projects within business analytics closely aligned with business, IT
— Proactive identification of new projects opportunities to generate value for Linde using Analytics
— Help strengthen the position of the business analytics team within the organization
— Coaching and Training of virtual teams and functional areas within the core disciplines of analytics (e.g. Tableau training)

Linde Global Services Romania (LGS Romania) represents the Shared Services Centers of Linde plc. LGS operates globally across several Shared Services Centers strategically located around the world, and provides business process services in the Order-to-Cash area, for various countries in which Linde plc operates.
