    Responsibilities

    • Create and set-up new projects in our systems
    • Support project managers with accurate project data and progress for monthly
    project reviews
    • Financial Management (including): billing requests and tracking, populate
    forecast data, provide cost and revenue summaries, capture cost deviations,
    ensure expenses are billed
    • Provide necessary business information and weekly input to the forecast
    • Standardize processes and tools in order to improve activity performance
    • Track financial situation based on updated project information and working
    with the project team to ensure it is accurate as per the project requirements
    • Maintain a focus on quality, given the fact that workloads fluctuate
    • Other administrative tasks as required
