    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    Requirements:
    ⎯ Higher education studies;
    ⎯ Driving license - B category;
    ⎯ Good communication skills;
    ⎯ Ability to work in a team or individually;
    ⎯ Basic English skills (writing or speaking);
    ⎯ Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
    ⎯ Interest in acquiring new knowledge;
    ⎯ Ability to see the big picture;
    ⎯ Precision;
    ⎯ Openness to new tasks;
    ⎯ Mobility, availability for traveling.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:
    ⎯ Visit contractors, investors, subcontractors, architects and other relevant customer categories;
    ⎯ Find project leads suitable for panels and/or single skin;
    ⎯ Network information with entire team efficiently;
    ⎯ Build brand awareness of customers;
    ⎯ Provide basic technical support to customers;
    ⎯ Provide presentation and seminars to groups customers and in conferences;
    ⎯ Consider dedicated Associations necessary for the business;
    ⎯ Web activity active contribution (news, web etc.);
    ⎯ Active collaboration with Technical, Marketing and NP Development in Kingspan;
    ⎯ Persuade architects to specify Kingspan as nominated product for their projects;
    ⎯ Active participation in approval process for all the products in Kingspan portfolio;
    ⎯ Key accounts management.
