What will you learn?
You will gain relevant work experience in all phases of software development, personal and professional development by working with our experts, have individual training and coaching inside the company and outstanding working conditions in a young and dynamic environment.

Our curriculum gives InCrys interns a little taste of everything:
• Take your first steps in a career as an IT professional: Interns here at InCrys gain actual, practical research and outreach experience: We'll mentor you both on server side with focus on Java and Spring but also on client side where you will learn about Angular and React; teach you the principles of Agile Software Development and give you constructive feedback on how to improve your coding skills.
• Dip your toes into our projects: Help us deliver quality to our clints by learning about the principals of clean code and DevOps. Work alongside a group of talented, highly motivated and knowledgeable colleagues that will show you the secrets of teamwork and leadership.

What impact the internship will have?
Having a smooth transition from student to professional at the end of the program you will be able to:
• Work on real projects with real impact
• Apply what you have learned in solving high complexity technical cases
• Interact with clients representing a variety of industries and environments
• Continue to learn by work alongside our Technical Experts

The best part?
This internship is a hybrid program. You will need a reliable internet connection to meet via channels like Teams, Google Hangout, Skype when working remote and a willingness to meet weekly with colleagues and mentors on our headquarter in AFI Park 5.
