- Drives continuous improvements to existing manufacturing processes and provides technical support for their implementation;
- Perform various engineering tasks involving such functions as analysis, design, development, test, installation and service;
- Checks the compliance of Core Design within the projects;
- Part of Factory Acceptance Testing team – for the implemented projects;
- Actively participates in KAIZEN projects and makes proposals to optimize technological processes;
- Ensures the implementation of new equipment;
- Establish and maintain appropriate KPI’s to check actual conditions vs target, as well as determine and measure the impact of implemented improvements: MTBF, MTTR;
- Determine and implement appropriate countermeasures to drive improvement;

- University Degree in Electromechanics/ Machanics;
- Previous experience in a similar position focused on continuous improvement (preferably in FMCG);
- Demonstrable knowledge of implementing lean manufacturing/ continuous improvement;
- Fluent in English;
- Computer literacy: MS Office, Ms Project, AutoCAD;
- Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills;
