    HOW DOES THE BENEFIT PLATFORM WORK?

    The employer concludes a contract and sends a list of employees with the corresponding monthly budget.     The Accountant will process inputs and outputs of fixed assets. He/She will be responsible for intra-group re-invoicing, will closely collaborate with all departments in Edenred and provide support to sales department and customers services.

    He/she will be in charge of:

    • Managing accountancy activities – fix assets, invoicing, accruals
    • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
    • Preparing monthly reconciliation, trial balance analysis based on competences
    • Generating monthly reports for the direct manager
    • Preparing special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
    • Answering accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
    • Be responsible for carrying out the general inventory of the patrimony at least once a year, during its operation, in any situations provided by law and whenever the management of the company requests it.
    • Implementing the accounting procedures with the help of the company's software.
    • Participating  in reconciliation of auxiliary accounting data with financial accounting data and the closing of accounts.
    • Offers support and participates in audit activities, controls of state authorities, etc.
    • Maintains the confidentiality of all information that he becomes aware of during the exercise of his duties, including those regarding the protection of personal data;

    You have min 3 years experience in a similar position
    You are graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in tax, accounting or finance according to the Romanian legislation
    You have demonstrated:

    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong planning & organizing skills
    • Analytical and result oriented skills
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
    • Good English skills

    Languages required: Romanian & English

    Additional certification (C.E.C.C.A.R) is a plus
