Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with French

Profile:

Understand the technical and operational reporting process and the timely treatment of requirements ;
Helps develop technical and operational solutions for business issues/needs by defining, analyzing and documenting requirements ;
Input into analysis and operational resource requirements to ensure customer expectations and SLA's are met at all times
Maintain effective management of the assessment, monitoring and control of operational reporting risks + identify potential risks and report them on time ;
Creating the databases needed to generate key indicators (performance, risk) ;
Data handling and transformation ;
Manipulate reports developed in Power BI and post them to digital channels ;
Providing advice on reporting and other related activities ;

Knowledge and ability to use the applicable technology and information systems to meet the needs of the service
Rigor and risks common sense ;
Ability to perform in a volatile work environment;
Familiar with the Microsoft developed Business Intelligence (BI) suite (Excel VBA, SharePoint, SQL), Microsoft Office Advanced knowledge (Excel, word , PowerPoint );
Knowledge of Power BI/Tablet ;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Reviews operations and/or processes, collects data and information to assess accuracy, integrity and risks, analyze information, ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations and internal control systems, interpret and evaluate results, prepare documentation and produce reports and/or presentations. Risk-oriented;
Good level of French (English skills would be appreciated).
