Account & People Manager – Shared Projects

You come with:

Fluent level of English;
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Operations Manager role in a BPO/ shared service/ customer support environment;
At least 2 years of people management and performance management experience

Your day in Conectys:

You will serve as the focal point for liaison and coordination with the clients regarding projects’ matters;
You will support project planning at all times, and lead on monitoring and evaluation of all aspects of the projects;
You will coordinate the projects and the people involved and anticipates the needs of the projects and of the clients;
You will coordinate the selection, training, professional development processes and performance evaluation of people from your coordinated projects
