The expertise of our associates, the passion for technology, the enthusiastic and young spirit of Cluj and the close collaboration with the local universities are the main drivers for the success of Bosch Cluj.
In Jucu, Cluj county, Bosch operates a production unit for electronic components for the automotive industry since 2013. The plant features also a Training Center in the Bosch campus opened in 2017, and equipped with modern training rooms and workshops equipped with state-of-the-art tools for the training of high-school students in the dual educational system, but also for the continuous development of Bosch associates.
As part of its strong commitment to Romania, Bosch has extended their products portfolio and increased the professional development of their associates to reach the customer demands. In the Automotive Electronics Plant Bosch manufactures electronic control units for eBike powertrain and for driver assistance and safety electronics, which provide safety in traffic and increase driving convenience.
In order to increase competitiveness and make production more efficient, Bosch has implemented Industry 4.0 solutions at the Automotive Electronics Plant in Cluj, such as the MES Manufacturing Execution System.

• Primirea bunurilor (controlul avizelor de livrare si inspectia optica / cantitativa a bunurilor)
• Descarcare camioane de marfa
• Control cantitativ al marfurilor
• Procesarea documentatiei pentru retururi de marfa si camioane
• Despachetarea materialelor in containere folosite intern / paleti / alte tipuri de ambalaje suport
• Crearea documentatiei de depozitare (rand / raft)
• Depozitarea bunurilor si materialelor (pe rand / raft)
• Activitati de depozit
• Alegerea / culegerea bunurilor si materialelor, in concordant cu documentele comenzii de transport (pe hartie sau cititor PDA), din sistemul cos/rand/raft
• Controlul cantitatilor
• Colectarea materialelor pentru transportul cu vehiculele transportoare; sortare si depozitare in vehicule
• Asigurarea unui flux complet de material catre productie
• Actualizarea in sistem a miscarii bunurilor
• Manevrarea materialelor depozitate in depozite securizate
• Ajutor / rezerva pentru manevrarea materialelor indirecte productiei
• Aprovizionarea supermarket-ului cu stocul minim / maxim
• Livrarea materialelor catre furnizorii externi (daca este cazul)
• Aplicarea procedurilor Bosch
• Respectarea standardelor si procedurilor de securitate in depozit
• Respectarea standardelor si procedurilor de depozit
• Asigurarea ordinii si curateniei la locul de munca
• Cleaning in warehouse
• Asigurarea masurilor de securitate in deposit, acordarea primului ajutor in caz de nevoie
• Organizarea si executarea activitatilor de curatenie in depozit

• Inregistrarea erorilor de logistica in formulare specifice
• Inregistrarea greselilor de transport
• Selectarea si depozitarea deseurilor in conformitate cu procedurile si standardele BoschMunca este organizata pe echipe care sunt flexibil impartite intre zona de receptive si depozit
• Munca este organizata in schimburi (dimineata / dupa-amiaza / noapte)
