    Requirements

    • Digital & CRM; e-commerce background is a plus

    Responsibilities

    • Day to day contact with local and central Client & Teams
    • Manage agency resources and external resources, suppliers to deliver projects according to plan
    • Clear understanding of clients’ brand and guidelines
    • Overall planning, crisis management and resources management
    • Manage and monitor timelines and deadlines, set realistic client expectations; proactively chase and interrogate delays
    • Manage jobs through specific project management platforms (JIRA/Confluence) or any other digital platforms from clients
    • Handle all aspects of client digital campaigns from planning through to implementation across all digital platforms (website, banners, emailing)
    • Create emailing templates in dedicated emailing digital platforms (OTD build), keep track of deliveries (Smartsheet) and follow-up with client report based on workload dashboard
    • Work with analytics tools such as Adobe and Google Analytics to create clear, consistent reports for agency and client activity review
    • Prepare and deliver activity overviews, evaluations, client presentations, case studies and new projects proposals along with the team
    • Manage client and suppliers’ contracts and financial negotiations
    • Identify projects and business opportunities with both new and existing clients

    Proficiencies include:

    • Highly availability to work in a fast environment
    • Function as digital specialist for the client team to support their request, coordinating with central team to implement the projects / campaigns
    • Project management capabilities
    • The ability to break down a client request into a brief for the central EU teams
    • Results driven oriented
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the same project (internal, external)
    • Digital literacy
