    University degree/student - ideally in Information Technology
    High service and customer orientation
    High interest in learning and increasing the knowledge in the IT Area
    Good communication skills
    Native Romanian
    Excellent English skills necessary for daily work in a virtual IT Team distributed across Europe
    German language is an advantage

    • Previous working experience in a Client Support role is an advantage
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, iOS and Android operating systems (Linux is a plus)
    • Knowledge of network infrastructure ( WAN/LAN )
    • Knowledge of IT Equipment – installation, maintenance and troubleshooting (Laptops, PC’s, Smartphones, Printers, Audio-Video and communication equipment….)
    • Knowledge/understanding of IT ticketing systems


    In this role, the IT Client Support will:
    Analyse and process incoming tickets on HW and SW requests after pre-qualification by the central 1st level service team
    Analyse and process network and communication related topics in close collaboration with central expert teams
    Analyse and process server related topics in close teamwork with central expert teams
    Provide support and periodically execute maintenance activities for meeting rooms AV and communication infrastructure
    Monitor printers, report technical incidents and assist the support team during repairs
    Install and configure notebooks and mobile devices according to internal processes
    Run administrative tasks like inventorying local IT Equipment
    Organize IT equipment installation and provide on-boarding training for new hires
    Perform Mobile Fleet Management for corporate subscriptions
    Provide end-user support and training for our cloud platforms, especially Microsoft 365
