    About the role


    We are expanding our team and would be thrilled to have you join us as a Global L&D Specialist to strengthen our HARMAN University & Process Excellence Team!
    If you believe you have strong organizational abilities, a high level of attention to details and an analytical mindset, then we look forward to meeting you. You will need these skills in this role because you will be responsible for implementing the L&D standards, processes, and expectations into the training programs custom made for business needs, and for the Learning Management System smooth and consistent operation. All in a fast-paced and challenging environment!

    What You Will Do


    In this role, you will be guided and supervised by the Global L&D Manager, Functional Academy & Process Excellence, when performing activities as follows:

    Support the roll-out of global L&D programs, courses, workshops working closely with internal or external facilitators;
    Coordinate and/or moderate training delivery – on site or virtually; this includes without being limited to logistics management, participants communication and training tracking;
    Collaborate with the Subject Matter Experts from various areas to implement learning solutions, conducting learning needs analysis, designing and developing content;
    Develop and maintain specific documentation such as web pages, newsletters, roadmaps, launch decks, training calendars;
    Handle requests, enquiries and issues coming from learners enhancing user-experience and satisfaction as per defined expectations and agreed SLAs;
    Create, edit, schedule, manage learning items in the Learning Management System;
    Enroll learners, track learning completion, consolidate feedback and report on results using the Learning Management System.


    What You Need


    Success is granted, if you meet the following requirements:

    Own a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
    Have experience working in the L&D field or HR related environment;
    Be fluent in English (oral and written). Any other language is a plus;
    Have a good command of MS Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) or be willing to learn and get yourself up to speed;
    Prove strong communication skills written and verbal, and ability to work across multiple levels in the organization;
    Be able to handle multiple projects at the same time in a structured, organized, methodical manner;

    Experience working with a Learning Management System;
    Learning content development experience using authoring tools;

    An ability to work independently with minimal daily oversight;
