Are you interested in Freelancing in Recruitment?

Do you have minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in recruitment background with service industry?
Do you have a specific recruitment experience in IT or BPO industry at least for 3 years or more?
Do you have successful recruitment freelancing experience of at least 2 years or more?
Do you have experience in recruitment in verticals like engineering, pharma, sales or any other?
Do you have enough understanding to take up challenging and complex roles to recruit & deliver?

Responsibilities we need:
Commitment and performance on delivery of candidates as per deadlines of the projects
Communication on the process / progress on delivery goals with projects for client updates

Process we follow:
Sign contracts and start work flow on projects based on specific individual orders
Invoicing at the end of delivery acceptance to release payouts as per agreements
