IT Support Analyst - Internship Position

o Student in terminal year(s) of study to a Computer Science/Informatics/Cybernetics profile faculty;
o Basic understanding and interest in current trends and practices in Information Technology area;
o Knowledge about databases and software development will be a plus;
o Ability to carry out assigned projects to completion;
o Communicate effectively verbally and in writing;
o Ability to listen and ascertain the needs of business users;
o Pro-active attitude;
o Good English language;
o Proficient in using MS Office.

The position provides support to end-users from sales offices as well as in testing and implementation of new applications. Activities comprised within the area of responsibility are related to applications specific to sales organization and support for mobile devices (PDAs and portable printers with accessories).

o 1 day induction about company & internship program
o On-the-job training, in an exciting working enviroment, within a competitive and professional team.

Commitment:

5 days per week, 8 hours per day
Period: 2 ½ months (July 13th - September 21st)
