Junior Tax Compliance Consultant

Requirements:
Bachelor degree and/or Master degree in Economics, Tax or Accounting;
Interest in understanding the practical impact for multinationals of indirect tax legislation;
Fluent in English is a must;
Knowledge of MS Office;
Good time management and organizational skills;
High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
Excellent oral/written communication skills;
Ability to work independently and collaborate as needed with the team and other departments.

For our client, a world-leading financial services firm, providing management consulting, legal and tax advice, audit, and accounting services, we are looking for a Junior Tax Compliance Consultant.

The Junior Tax Compliance Consultant will assist the company in complying with their indirect tax obligations, covering several geographical areas (Europe and others).

Key responsibilities:
Offering support on indirect tax compliance-related topics (audits, registrations), being part of a team focused on pan-EU indirect tax compliance;
Assisting indirect tax specialists with insights and analysis through big data;
Assisting with the development of technology and VAT compliance tools in order to support new reporting requirements across EMEA;
Becoming proficient with the company’s tools and systems in order to ensure that the team delivers its work efficiently.
