    ELC is looking for an Adobe AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) SME that will be responsible for working with business teams and technical teams to support and maintain their DAM (Digital Asset Management) system made up of AEM and ASC (Asset Share Commons). This tool stores creative visual content for multiple brands, regions, and functional teams to use in consumer-facing promotional pieces. A large portion of this role requires an understanding of the technical configuration and management of AEM in order to help resolve daily incidents and requests. Some examples would be checking system logs to pinpoint issues for resolution or escalation, running reports, and account setup, functional troubleshooting. The AEM support team is located in India so this person will be the "go-to support" onshore and will be communicating with various business teams, working in Jira to log user stories, doing some user testing, and running training as well. The ideal person will have some hands-on scripting knowledge and the ability to execute requirements gathering when needed.

    Qualifications - External
    Must Have:
    Expert back end knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager [AEM]
    Hands-on and Functional understanding of Adobe Experience Manager [AEM]
    Experience with troubleshooting, configuring and supporting Adobe Experience Manager [AEM]
    users
    Comfortable working and navigating within a large IT organization to carry through action items to completion with minimal supervision.
    Experience working with Asset Shared Commons (ASC) Ability to act as a liaison between technical teams and business users
    Experience conducting user test cases

    Pluses:
    Experience with BA best practices; gathering requirements, strong documentation skills
    Experience building out APIs and coding in Java
    Hands-on experience with front end development such as HTML and CSS
    CRX Platform knowledge

    Common User Reported Incidents and Tasks:
    Report requests uploads, downloads, users, metadata, etc.
    If an asset has been published in ASC, and the user can't see it in the system, what should you do
    Login issues: Working with the security team to see if AD is set up, checking connectivity, etc.
    Troubleshooting Issues downloading and sharing assets
