Business Analyst CBS

ALTEN Romania, part of the international ALTEN Group - with a unique position as Leader in IT & Engineering Consulting, provides support for its clients’ development strategies in the fields of innovation, R&D and IT systems since 1996. The company comprises 2 divisions specialized on its core capabilities: ENGINEERING and IT. These two divisions are: ALTEN TECHNO and ALTEN IT.

To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:

• Graduate of an IT profile: Polytechnic University - Faculty of Automation or ASE- Faculty of Cybernetics;
• Experience as an IT applications analyst for over 5 years;
• Experience in the banking field in the core banking area;
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Java applications and web-based solutions, AIX operating systems, Windows and Oracle databases;
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence tools;
• Able to work both individually and in a team, Agile and/or Waterfall methodology;
• Knowledge of English at least intermediate level;
• Professional experience in the car leasing area, and Evolan / Cassiopae applications (would be a plus).

About our open position: Business Analyst

• As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for improving the processes and systems, based on predefined requirements.

A typical day might include the following:

• Analyzing the business requirements and drafting functional specifications for the implementation of IT solutions with a banking profile in the field of lending or core banking;
• Providing support in the phases, after the drafting of the functional specifications (development team during the technical analysis, testing teams during the internal conformity tests and user tests);
• Analyzing errors and identifying ways to solve them.
