Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Previous cold-calling experience required.
1-3 years of Sales or Business Development experience.
Excellent telephone skills, including pre-call planning, qualification, and time management.
Must be outgoing, self-motivated and a team player with a positive attitude.
Must be persistent and creative.
English and German advanced.

Primarily responsible for generating new appointments for the Sales team through lead qualification and cold calling.
Learn how to handle objections and provide feedback to improve the qualification process and sales scripts.
Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of our lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touchpoints and the handoff to Sales
Participate in regular training and informational sessions
Achieve or exceed the monthly quota of Qualified Leads/Touchpoints

The flawless candidate will have prior cold-calling and lead qualification experience setting appointments for sales teams and interacting with industrial customers.
