Onboarding Project Manager

The Markets Supply Chain Center of Expertise organization is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects associated with the effort to enhance electronic connectivity with our customers. The role of the Project Manager is central in ensuring success of electronic connectivity efforts as they organize, efficiently track and communicate status for the overall project.

First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred;
Experience in leading projects or customer interaction;
Expert knowledge and skills with business applications (e.g., Excel);
Usually 3-5 years of experience in a business-related function, preferably supply chain, sales/customer operations, finance

Acts as a project manager for complex medium to large e-invoicing onboarding projects;
Understands and documents customer business requirements;
Understands the internal available capabilities, solutions and compliance requirements and offers solutions aligned to customer needs;
Plans, drives customer and partner discussions, deliver results on the agreed milestones;
Coordinates testing of the solutions on the relevant business scenarios and geographies, interprets results and provides expert direction and guidance to address gaps;
Monitors production post implementation, swiftly addressing gaps to minimize the company financial exposure;
Provides consultancy and guidance to the customer and account team on e-invoicing processes and policies;
Sets realistic timelines for the deliverables.
