Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

o Knowledge of Software versioning tools (GIT, Synergy)
o Basic software architecture knowledge
o Basic embedded systems knowledge
o Knowledge of SDLC (Software development life cycle)
o Basic knowledge of automotive standards (MISRA, ISO26262, AUTOSAR, ASPICE)
o Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python)
o Good written and spoken English

 Understand software / system requirements;
 Review Software Requirements;
 Organize reviews for work products accordingly with the process;
 Perform software integration activities;
 Ensure that all the software elements can be assembled together to build the software product;
 Perform integration test activities;
 Participate to automatization of build and test process (e.g. continuous integration)
