Good knowledge of PC operation (MS Office advanced level);
Relevant similar experience in the field of "European Funds Consulting";
Proven experience in developing projects on European Funds - POSCCE, POSDRU, POR, POCU, POC; State Aid Scheme; EEA & Norway Grants, Horizon 2020 and other similar axes;
Similar experience in writing projects in the field of digitization/information technology or in a company with a similar profile (IT, Software, Hardware, Telecom) – nice to have;
ENGLISH - advanced level;
Excellent communication and relationship skills;
Ability to analyze, synthesize and decide, good organizer;
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
The person with initiative, proactive, self-taught;
Energetic person, attentive to details;
Responsible person, able to follow instructions and deadlines;
Ability to organize time, tasks, and workplace;
Driving license: B - mandatory; A - nice to have.
For our client, we are recruiting a European Funds Consultant. Our client, a digital innovation hub in the Bucharest-Ilfov region, supports the development of the economy in the region through green technologies. Their clients and partners are local entities, Associations, Clusters, Employer Structures, University Institutions, Research and/or Statistical Institutes, Private Companies, SMEs or Large Companies, local and central authorities, and any entity that can bring plus the value of further alert and efficient development, facilitating their access to all the resources needed to successfully implement the digital transformation.
Elaborating and implementing of projects financed from non-reimbursable funds;
Realization of business plans for various fields of activity with a focus on Digitization and Information Technology;
Realization of the financial models necessary for the different programs they apply (income forecasts, expenditure forecasts, calculation of indicators, cash flow projections, the realization of the investment budget, etc.);
Preparing of pre-financing, payment and reimbursement requests in the MySMIS electronic system and European equivalents;
Managing, on behalf of clients, the relationship with the financing institution (related to the financial part);
Advising clients on the entire duration of project implementation.

Employment contract with indefinite period;
Working hours from Monday to Friday 09-18;
