Lead Customer Experience Specialist with German

Preferred minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Customer Services environment/ order management, hands-on experience, preferably with contract administration expertise;
Must have completed Post-Secondary education;
Experience with Salesforce.com, SAP and SharePoint will help you on your daily activity as you’ll be responsible for updating customer accounts (submitting requests in SAP for customer creation/extension/ amendment), responsible for creating / extending materials in SAP operating system, responsible for correct input in ERP: technical and commercial details, quantities, sales and acquisition price, terms and conditions of delivery (in accordance with Honeywell's general contracts);
Customer and results oriented. Ability to get along with a wide variety of customers in various countries;
English & German Proficient.
Successful and timely booking and lifecycle handling of all product orders. Support local office support with all required administration activities. Work within guidelines of Global policies and processes;
Customer order processing in ERP system
Ensure good document control. Generate Standard Sales Orders;
Requisitioning parts, materials, services. Order Acknowledgement;
Logistics Activities- coordinating with Factories for arranging deliveries;
Respect all the HSE rules
