    Cerinte

    • University Degree (Economic studies; Accounting studies represent an advantage)
    • 3+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable and payments (for manual payments, treasury accounts and state budget)
    • Relevant work experience is required, good knowledge of principles, practices, regulations and procedures as they relate to purchasing and accounts payable
    • Accounting knowledge is a plus as for the expense estimations required at month end closing and keeping track of the reversal when booking
    • Work experience in NAVISON software is required. Also, having experience working with SAGA and SAP will represent an advantage
    • Ability to communicate effectively verbal and in writing

    Responsabilitati

    • Process incoming invoices, reminders, final demands according to the process documentation
    • Handle e-mails and calls from business units and vendors, maintain process documentations (DTPs)
    • Allocating recurring expenses
    • Booking KA discounts (estimation and final)
    • Making Payments
